Quick answers
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I submit my podcast to Last.fm?
No. Last.fm has no podcast submission form, publisher dashboard or RSS ingestion. It is a music scrobbling and discovery service. Any agency promising a direct Last.fm podcast listing cannot deliver one.
Is Last.fm still active in 2026?
Yes. Last.fm returned to full independence in May 2026 after nearly two decades under CBS and Paramount ownership. Accounts, scrobble histories, Pro subscriptions and the public API continued unchanged.
Why do podcast names appear on Last.fm?
Last.fm imports catalogue data from MusicBrainz, Discogs, Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon and 7Digital, and scrobbling can create pages. Podcast-named pages are usually audio released through a music distributor, not submitted shows.
Do podcasts scrobble to Last.fm?
No. Music plays scrobble, but podcast and show episodes do not, including from Spotify. This is a long-standing known limitation.
So what am I actually paying you for?
Feed repair, submissions and verified listings across platforms that genuinely index podcasts, plus metadata and discovery work. For music-led shows, we also handle upstream catalogue data that Last.fm imports.
Are podcast directory listings free?
Most are. You pay for a feed that passes every specification, completed and verified submissions, manual claims that one-click distribution misses, and the discovery work around each listing.
How long does podcast submission take?
The audit usually takes two to three working days. Core submissions are completed within a week, although each platform has its own review queue.
Do you work with podcasters outside India?
Yes. We serve podcast clients in the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Singapore and India. Delivery, reporting and communication are available in English.
